My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The rooms were clean and tidy, with everything I needed. The dining experience is satisfactory with a variety of breakfast options available. The facilities are well-maintained and offer everything you need for a relaxing stay.
My stay at the hotel from 6/09/2019 to 10th-09-2019 was lovely. The rooms were clean, and the restaurant served excellent food, although the decor looked a bit tired.
The hotel was a bit chaotic regarding the dining experience; we had to search for vacant tables and serving glasses ourselves. However, the rooms were clean and reasonably comfortable, thanks to the dedicated maids, despite the constant smell of fried oil lingering. The staff, ranging from housekeeping to chefs, was outstanding, although some were rude and abrupt, except for a few exceptional individuals like the bell boy and the beach security team.
I had a great time at the hotel, enjoying the clean rooms and friendly service. The day and night animations were a fun way to spend time with friends or family. However, the air conditioning in the rooms could use some improvement.
